Rate limits
Burst rate limits only. Each authenticated plan selects a Cloudflare rate-limit binding that caps requests per 60-second window. Monthly conversion quotas and paid billing are not enforced in the current API release.

When the burst limit is exceeded, the API returnsRATE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED withRetry-After: 60.
